We are also licensed by the Office of Fair Trading, Consumer Credit Licence Number 585715.

Once your case is completed and payment received we do not hold any information apart from your billing details per our invoicing database.

We will only release information regarding you if we have a duty to do so by law, otherwise all information about you is confidential.

We use the data we collect to provide you with products and/or services. In particular, we use data to provide our products and/or services, which includes electronic devices, office-based services, as well as providing field-based services and support. It also includes sharing data, when it is required to provide the service or carry out the transactions you request.
