Requesting registration and business documents

If your instruction or procurement process requires registration, insurance or other supporting documents, explain the evidence you need and the date by which you need it. Ask PDC which current documents are available for the proposed work.

Check the legal entity, scope and dates on any document supplied. Where an official register exists, use it to check the relevant entry rather than relying only on a copied badge or certificate.
