Shipping will be made within commercially reasonable time unless a specific delivery time is currently undetermined by the manufacturer or supplier. All orders are normally processed for shipment the same business day (Monday - Friday) when orders are received before 12:00 p.m.GMT. Orders received after 12:00 p.m. (Monday - Friday) or on weekends may be processed the next business day. Next Day requests shall always mean "next business day" unless specifically requested. In the event an item is not in stock, the customer shall be notified and we will ship as instructed. The Customer is responsible for all applicable shipping and handling fees.

All requests for returns, refunds or exchanges must be made within 48 hours of delivery confirmation by the shipper. We will replace, refund, or credit your account for returned item(s) at our discretion. Do not attempt to return any item(s) until you have received a Return Authorization number (RA#) or we will not accept the item. Equipment purchased may only be returned for a credit or replacement only if you have received the wrong product as compared to what you originally ordered and paid for or the product is defective. Any product that has been used in anyway will not be accepted as a return. All products are tested before shipment to insure they work properly and are unblemished. Products that were damaged in transit require that you make a claim directly with the shipping company as it is not the responsibility of Private Detective Corporation .

All brand names, product names and titles and copyrights used in this site are trade marks or trade names or copyrights of their respective holders. No permission is given by Private Detective Corporation in respect of the use of any such brand names, product names or titles or copyrights and such use may constitute an infringement of the holder's rights.
