Article Unlike our standard tracing services, tracing long lost relatives is not offered on a fixed-fee, no-win no-fee basis. However, in order to reassure the client that the costs will be affordable, we usually suggest that the case is reviewed on a stage by stage basis. This way, the client is in full control of the expenditure and can see what progress is being made and therefore, can decide on an ongoing basis if it is worth continuing or not. Of course, we will offer our advice and experience to help the client make the decision.
