	When do I pay?

Article In most tracing cases, payment is made only when we have been successful; i.e. no-win no-fee. At our own discretion, we may take an authorisation on a credit or debit card; this holds the funds, but does not actually take the payment. The authorisation will drop off after a few days, if payment is not taken.

For surveillance cases, a retainer is taken in advance.

For tracker cases, payment is made in advance.

For purchases of software and equipment, payment is made in advance.
